This sale is a limited preorder. All items dispatch in 4–5 weeks (as shown on the product page and at checkout).
Dispatch Time (Preorder)
- Dispatch timeframe: 4–5 weeks
- “Dispatch” means your order has been produced, packed, and handed to the carrier.
- Dispatch timelines are estimates and may shift due to production scheduling, logistics, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Free Shipping
✅ Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping.
Once your order dispatches, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
✅ No customs or duty fees — we cover any applicable import costs on our side.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@cutiesoriginals.com (include your order number).
- After 24 hours, orders are typically locked for preorder planning and production preparation.
- In rare cases we may be able to help after 24 hours, but we can’t promise changes will be possible.
Wrong / Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, we can help arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these situations.
