Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Thanks for shopping at Cuties Originals by Wooden Cuties.

This sale is a limited preorder. Dispatches in 4–5 weeks (as shown on the product page and checkout).

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel, email us at info@cutiesoriginals.com (please include your order number).  
After 24 hours, orders are locked because we begin preorder planning and production preparation.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because this is a limited preorder sale, all sales are final — except in the two cases below.

We offer a replacement or refund only if:
1) You received the wrong item, or  
2) Your item arrived defective or damaged

If either happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cutiesoriginals.com with:
- Your order number  
- A short description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

If approved, we will provide a solution at no cost to you — replacement or refund (depending on the situation and availability). Return shipping is covered by us for these approved cases.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and message us right away if there’s any issue so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order (if still available).
